Tritons Add Four for 2014 in Early Signing Period
The four-time defending California Collegiate Athletic Association champion UC San Diego baseball program has unveiled four National Letter-of-Intent signings during the early fall period for the 2014 season. The announcement was made by second-year Triton head coach Eric Newman.

I signed up for camp, what do I do now?
First of all, on behalf of the UC San Diego Baseball camp staff we would like to say THANK YOU for signing up for our camp. You should have receive a confirmation letter with details about the camp. There are required forms which must be completed prior to the start of camp. Please complete and return the forms at your earliest convenience.
What are the ages and abilities for camp?
Prospect camps are designed for high school athletes, our junior high camp is for ages 12-15, and our youth camps are designed for ages 6-12.
What should my child bring to camp?
Each player must bring his own baseball equipment; glove, bat, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. Helmets will be provided. Players should bring their own lunch while water will be provided.
Where are the camps located?
Camps are held at Triton Ballpark, home to the UCSD Tritons baseball team. It is located just east of the 5 freeway off of Voigt Drive, across the street from Scripps Memorial Hospital.
Directions and Parking: Where should I park and do I need a permit?

The best place to park is lot P701, just west of the stadium. You can enter the lot off of Voigt Dr. Additional parking is available in the East parking lot. Permits are required on weekdays and can be purchased at the pay station in each parking lot.
Will lunch be provided?
Lunch will NOT be provided for High-School, Junior-High, or Team Camps. Please bring lunch from home. Lunch will be provided for Youth Skills campers. Water will be available to all campers.
What happens if my child gets hurt? Do you have a trainer at the field?
There will be an athletic trainer on site that will handle any and all medical needs for the campers. Please be sure to be as detailed as possible when filling out your camper's medical form so that we may be prepared to manage your camper's needs.
Can parents stay and watch camp?
Yes, parents are always welcome to stay and watch camp, as long as there is a clear understanding that you are only there to be a spectator.
Do you offer refunds for canceled enrollment?
If camp is cancelled, each camper will receive a full refund less the online processing fee. If a camper cancels, credit will be given for a future camp.
What is the easiest airport and train station for arrival?
UC San Diego is conveniently located 15 minutes from the San Diego International Airport.
The UCSD camp staff does not provide shuttle service from and to the Airport. Transportation to and from the San Diego airport can be arranged through SuperShuttle or a local shuttle service of your choice. Reservations for SuperShuttle service can be made online at www.supershuttle.com.
Are there hotels close to campus?
All of the hotels listed below are within 1-2 miles of the baseball field. More hotels can be found in the surrounding areas of La Jolla, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, and Pacific Beach.
