The GO YARD "Smart-Exposure" Winter Prospect Camp raises the bar with its unique, informative & creative format.

For the purpose of improvement, all camp attendees will receive an honest/informative evaluation

Day 1 - Part 1 … College Coaches will engage/interact with each student athlete:

Competitive/Instructional Batting Practice
(Emphasis: Use of Legs, LOAD/FLOW Weight Distribution, Bat Path)

Dynamic Bullpen Sessions (wind-up)
Featuring one pitcher at a time with all attending college coaches eyes on you and actively engaging you for the purpose of improvement. (Emphasis: attaining a fluid/repeatable (wind-up) motion college coaches are looking for, How & Why To Throw Inside)

Fast-Paced Catching Drills
(Emphasis: Speed, Quickness, Efficiency, Awareness- Pop Time Lower Body)

Drills for Success Infield/Outfield Instructional Series
Workouts for each position designed to refine & polish your skills. (Emphasis: Footwork, Double plays- Dancing With The Bag, Outfield Routes, Reading The Ball)


Comprehensive "Quick Learn" Programs
Offensive& Defensive Rap Sessions, Admission Seminars, Strength & Conditioning (How to Develop Power & Explosiveness)A Day In The Life Of A Division 1 Player, Speed & Acceleration, Arm Care, Mental Aspects Of The Game, Recruiting Awareness

Day 3 - Part 3 College Coaches will engage/interact with each student athlete:

Competitive/Instructional Batting Practice
Continued- (Emphasis: Making Adjustments, Key to Hitting a Curve, Consistency in your Swing)

Dynamic Bullpen Sessions
(stretch position) (Emphasis: attaining a fluid/repeatable (stretch position) motion college coaches are looking for. Command, Explosiveness and Staying On Task)

Fast-Paced Catching Drills
(Emphasis: Blocking Pitches, Blocking the Plate, Secrets Of Calling A Great Game, Pop Time Upper Body)

Drills for Success Infield/Outfield Instructional Series
Workouts continued- (Emphasis: Anticipation Techniques, Back Hand Mastery, Slow Rollers, Do or Die Outfield Throws, Drop Step, Relay Techniques)

Please arrive between 9:30am and 9:45am on the 27th.
