Ducks Youth All Skills Summer Camp 2013

Camp Description

 

The University of Oregon Baseball Program will host its annual youth camp at state-of-the-art P.K. Park and the new indoor Player Development Facility adjacent to the park.

This camp is designed to provide skill work for youth in all phases of the game. In addition, competitive environments are used to practice their skill development. This is your opportunity to learn through drills and competition how the Duck coaching staff prepares its players for the season in one of the finest ballparks in the country.

Campers have the option to participate as a day-commuter camper or may select to be involved as an overnight camper. Overnight campers are housed together in a campus dorm where meals and additional evening activities are scheduled into their experience with adult supervision. All registrants will be sent a confirmation email and an email with specific instructions as the event draws closer.

General Information

 

Cost:
Resident campers: $500.00
Commuter campers: $300.00

Equipment:
All campers should bring their own bat, glove, batting gloves, batting helmet, tennis shoes or turn shoes, spikes, hat and sack lunch. All catchers should bring their own catching gear.

Overnight campers check in to dorms 6 p.m. Monday, July 15
Commuter campers check in at PK Park 8:30am Tuesday, July 16

From the North
Take Interstate 5 south to Eugene, Or. and turn onto the I-105 Westbound exit (exit 194b). Follow I-105 approximatetely one mile to the first exit (Coburg Rd). Go straight through the stop light (steering slightly to the left) and turn left at the next stop light (Country Club Road). Turn right at the second stop light (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.) and Autzen Stadium, the Casanova Center, and the Moshofsky Sports Center are located less than a half mile on the righthand side of the street.

From the South
