Golden Eagles Appear In Two National Polls
Cal State L.A.'s baseball team appears in two national polls this week with the Golden Eagles set to host an important California Collegiate Athletic Association series this weekend.
The Golden Eagles, coming off a 3-1 series win over two-time defending conference champion UC San Diego, will begin their four-game series against Cal State Monterey Bay on Friday at 6 p.m. The series will continue with a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. and conclude with a single game on Sunday beginning at 11 a.m.
Cal State L.A. (20-12, 15-9 CCAA) has only two home dates remaining following this weekend. The Golden Eagles will host Cal State Dominguez Hills in a non-conference game on Friday, April 22, at 6 p.m. and will entertain Cal Poly Pomona in a doubleheader on Saturday, May 7, beginning at 11 a.m.
Cal State L.A., which took three games in a four-game series against UC San Diego last week, is rated 10th in the nation by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association and 20th in the nation by the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper.
West Florida is No. 1 in both polls. Cal State L.A. is the highest-ranked CCAA school in the NCBWA poll with Chico State 14th and Sonoma State 19th, while Chico State is the highest-ranked team in the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper poll at No. 7, while Sonoma State is 16th and Cal State L.A. is 20th.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection".
We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid.
The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our camps, clinics or prospect events. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
